THE BEGINNING OF AN ADVENTURE

Arzignano is the place where the first workshops for the leather processing were born. Years later they will generate one of the biggest tannery district in the world, and the most important in Italy.

Right there, in 1976 the young Gilberto founds the individual firm Concato Gilberto.

He collects, trims and selects the flesh splits in trippa from the tanneries in that area and then he sells them.

His passion and determination in his work are immediately appreciated by customers who, trusting him, enable him to expand his activities.

In 1998 his sons Stefano and Cristiano enter the society and the Company becomes Concato Gilberto & C. snc, exporting leathers all over the world.

The Company, which is appreciated for its care of customers’ requests and its products quality, continues to grow . It is now necessary the creation of a new society for the first processing of raw leathers. In 2007, Jera srl is born in Arzignano,

Few months later, Concato Gilberto & C. snc becomes the actual Concato Gilberto srl.
The main business is the selection and marketing of flesh splits and its derivates.

Today, in the new location in Montebello Vicentino, the brothers Stefano and Cristiano Concato lead the two companies with the same passion and care of details that their father managed to transmit.
